If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please take a picture of the problem and send it to us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will review the picture and send you a replacement item free of charge.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that have been worn or washed, so please make sure to try on your items before washing or wearing them.
